I have had both maintenance and break-fix service calls (same evening the issue arose) with Cactus Climate Pros. They do a great job and are very affordable. Both Austin and Ryan have serviced my AC and both have done fantastic work. Thanks guys! Update: I just had my dryer vent cleaned by Cactus Climate Pros. Appointment was quick to schedule and Ryan arrived during the service window. He did the work quickly and answered a few questions I had. Overall another great experience! Another update: In recent winds, we had the cap on our dryer vent blow off. Ryan was able to come out, and reinstall the vent. And a week later the blower motor went out on our air handler overnight on a Friday. Ryan came over to diagnose it on a Saturday, and came back to install the part Monday morning. The delay was to get the part from Goodman because it was still under parts warranty. After replacing it, he confirmed everything else was in working order. I've been very happy with their help and service.
